Costa Mesa is in the midst of it’s traditional fall stall, so to speak. Typically inventory reduced prior to the holidays, and this year appears to be no different.
As of this writing, there are 310 Costa Mesa Homes and Condos on the market; Currently there are 109 condos and homes that are in escrow (good sign!!)
Certainly, there is a lack of really nice homes; deal hunters stil seem to have the most impact on the market; the higher end homes($800k ++) in Costa Mesa seem to be taking the greatest hit with price reductions as a common theme.
